Senior Parents and Caregivers

This year is quickly coming to a close and graduation will be upon u.s.a. presently. While this is a very exciting time for our students, they still have a very important borderline to encounter. All classroom assignments and community service hours must be submitted no later than May 6th. If you or your student have questions regarding any assignments, delight achieve out to the appropriate teacher. Please sympathize that failure of whatsoever classes currently scheduled, will effect in disqualification for graduation this May, and summertime school will be the next option.

As you all know, graduation is well-nigh. There are a few things that your seniors need to complete before May for senior clearance! This includes completing 3+ college applications, submitting the FAFSA, and applying for 2+ scholarship applications. Students need your assist with completing the FAFSA as information technology requires information from their guardian's 2020 tax forms. Dear Caregiver,

Every bit we kicking-off the second semester of the 2021-22 school yr, our number one priority continues to be the health and safety of our customs. VIRTUAL LEARNING

VACCINATIONS and COVID PCR TESTING

Information technology is likely that COVID will have an impact on our schools for some time. The virtually effective way to keep our school community safe and our school buildings open is through the COVID-19 vaccine (which is now available to all schoolhouse-aged children) and frequent testing.

TESTING
- We provide FREE weekly COVID-19 PCR testing at our schoolhouse every Friday.
- We encourage all students to participate, as frequent testing will help the states identify illness sooner so nosotros can take necessary precautions to proceed everyone safe.
- To enroll your child in weekly COVID-19 testing, please consummate and return the attached form that gives consent for your pupil(s) to participate.
VACCINATIONS
- PBSA is partnering with Kids Doc on Wheels to host a vaccination effect open to the entire PBSA community (students and family members) on Friday, Jan seven from ten a.m. to 4 p.chiliad. at Slater Unproblematic School. We volition transport a flier with more details afterward this week.
- APS is hosting COVID-xix vaccination events for APS students ages v and older, as well as family unit members, on Saturday, January 8 from 10 a.g. – 2p.m. at four sites across the city. They will be offering first shots, second shots, and boosters. All vaccine brands will be bachelor.
ATHLETICS AND AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

All athletics, extra-curricular activities and later on-school programs are suspended during this virtual calendar week.

UPDATED ISOLATION & QUARANTINE PROTOCOLS
- Please remember that if your child feels ill, develops COVID-19 symptoms OR has direct contact with a confirmed COVID-xix instance, continue them home and alarm our schoolhouse nurse IMMEDIATELY.
